About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide physiotherapeutic treatments for pain medicine patients in an interdisciplinary multimodal pain therapy setting, both individually and in groups
- Design active, everyday, and function-oriented therapy including stabilization, mobilization, coordination, and strength/endurance training
- Support patients with graded load increase and managing pain avoidance or anxiety to strengthen self-efficacy
- Contribute to educational components such as movement and activity building and daily life strategies
- Document treatment progress, goals, and results in a structured and quality-oriented manner
- Collaborate closely within a multiprofessional team including doctors, psychologists, nurses, and occupational therapists
- Participate in weekly team meetings and case conferences to contribute to joint therapy planning
Requirements
- Completed training as a physiotherapist
- Ideally experience with chronic pain patients or interest in obtaining the additional qualification in Special Pain Physiotherapy
- High level of social competence, empathy, flexibility, and organizational talent
- Strong teamwork, communication skills, and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
