Physiotherapist

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate ergonomic risk factors in various work environments and remote work setups using authorized methodologies and local legislation.
• Provide clinical physiotherapy care for employees presenting musculoskeletal symptoms.
• Participate in the site's ergonomics committee and health and wellness campaigns.
• Perform ergonomic mapping and workstation evaluations within the operation.
• Conduct ergonomic training and evaluations specifically for remote/telework employees.
• Detect potential occupational diseases and report findings to the Medical department.
• Manage internal disability records using SAP.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Health or Human Resources within an industrial or corporate environment.
• Specialized knowledge in clinical and occupational physiotherapy, ergonomics, and rehabilitation.
• English proficiency of at least 80%.
