Physiotherapist

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments, establish diagnoses, and develop individualized, family-centered physiotherapy treatment plans.
• Implement and monitor therapeutic programs, adjusting interventions based on standardized outcome measures and patient progress.
• Educate patients, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams on therapy goals and safe participation in rehabilitation activities.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, including billing, insurance submissions, and equipment coordination.
• Adhere to organizational policies, regulatory standards, and DOH/DHA guidelines while maintaining patient confidentiality.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and quality assurance initiatives within long-term care and rehabilitation services.

Requirements

• BSc or MSc in Physiotherapy.
• 6+ years of physiotherapy experience, including at least 4+ years in a defined specialty (e.g., ICU, Neuro, Orthopaedics, MSK, or Sports Rehab).
• Valid DOH/DHA license.
• Current BLS certification.
• Experience working within a CARF/JCI-accredited healthcare setting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Specialty certifications such as Dry Needling, Bobath, Spinal Manipulation, or the Mulligan Concept.
• Advanced certifications such as ACLS or PALS.
