Physiotherapist I

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ physical, psychological, and functional needs to develop personalized therapy plans.
• Deliver hands-on physiotherapy across a wide range of conditions including musculoskeletal, neurological, post-operative, and complex rehabilitation cases.
• Set clear patient-centered goals and work collaboratively with patients, caregivers, and clinical teams to achieve meaningful outcomes.
• Continuously adjust and progress treatment plans based on patient response and recovery trends.
• Use evidence-based practice and outcome measures to track patient progress and contribute to high standards of clinical excellence.
• Work closely with physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals to deliver integrated care across the rehabilitation continuum.
• Educate patients and families on injury prevention, post-treatment care, and strategies for long-term mobility and wellness.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation, billing, and reporting in line with healthcare regulations.

Requirements

• BSc in Physiotherapy or MSc in Physiotherapy.
• Minimum of 4 years post-qualification experience in the physiotherapy and rehabilitation field.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
• Specialty qualification as per Department of Health (DOH) guidelines.
• Strong knowledge of musculoskeletal physiotherapy, sports physiotherapy, and pre/post-operative rehabilitation.
