Physiotherapist

Responsibilities

• Perform clinical assessments and develop adapted physiotherapy treatments
• Evaluate treatment results and maintain rigorous patient documentation
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams in an interprofessional setting
• Provide 24/7 coverage through flexible scheduling and on-call shifts
• Contribute to clinical research and training programs
• Supervise and mentor physiotherapy students

Requirements

• Bachelor HES in physiotherapy or a recognized equivalent degree
• Registration with the Swiss Red Cross and right to practice in the Canton of Geneva
• Proficiency in French (C1 level required for non-francophones)
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Proficiency with Office Suite and medical software (DPI is a plus)
• Resilience to stress and strong organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified specialization in critical care physiotherapy
• Commitment to Evidence-Based Practice (EBP)
