Responsibilities

• Conduct physiotherapy assessments for various patient cohorts including diabetes and metabolic health
• Develop individualized movement and exercise plans focused on strength, mobility, and functional performance
• Deliver insurance-approved physiotherapy sessions following coding and documentation standards
• Conduct structured exercise sessions using the clinic's gym facilities
• Identify opportunities to upsell additional sessions and transition patients to cash-based packages
• Collaborate with physicians, dietitians, and lifestyle coaches to optimize patient outcomes
• Follow hospital infection control programs to ensure safety

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution
• Valid DHA, HAAD, or MOH Physiotherapy license (or eligibility to obtain)
• 2–3 years of clinical experience as a practicing Physiotherapist
• Mandatory experience working as a personal trainer in a gym or freelance
• Strong knowledge of exercise therapy, movement assessment, and mobility training
• Excellent English communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with insurance-based physiotherapy services and coding processes
• Exposure to wellness, lifestyle medicine, or performance-focused settings
• Arabic language proficiency
