Physiotherapist & Fitness Personal Trainer

Responsibilities

• Conduct physiotherapy assessments for patients focused on diabetes, metabolic health, and weight management.
• Develop individualized movement and exercise plans targeting strength, mobility, flexibility, and functional performance.
• Deliver insurance-approved physiotherapy sessions while ensuring compliance with coding and documentation standards.
• Lead structured, goal-oriented exercise sessions within the clinic's gym facility.
• Identify opportunities for upselling additional sessions and transitioning patients to cash-based performance packages.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of physicians, dietitians, and lifestyle coaches to optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation within the clinic’s EMR system.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
• Valid DHA, HAAD, or MOH physiotherapy license (or eligibility to obtain one).
• 2–3 years of clinical experience as a practicing Physiotherapist.
• Mandatory experience working as a personal trainer in a gym or freelance capacity.
• Strong knowledge of exercise therapy, movement assessment, and mobility training.
• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with insurance-based physiotherapy services and payer approval processes.
• Familiarity with physiotherapy coding.
• Background in wellness, lifestyle medicine, or performance-focused clinical settings.
