Responsibilities

• Plan individual therapy programs
• Motivate patients to strengthen physical resources and improve quality of life
• Implement creative and dynamic movement offerings
• Coordinate goals within an interdisciplinary team and develop tailored therapy plans
• Document progress, evaluate effects, and adjust measures accordingly

Requirements

• Completed training as a physiotherapist
• Completed or intended further training in lymphatic drainage
• Training in Bobath and/or manual therapy is a plus
• Strong sense of responsibility and empathy
• Ability to work independently, structured, and in a team
