Responsibilities

• Work interdisciplinary to coordinate goals and develop tailored therapy plans
• Motivate patients to strengthen physical resources and improve quality of life
• Implement creative and dynamic movement offerings
• Document progress, evaluate effects, and adjust measures
• Guide and supervise trainees, explaining methods and supporting their learning process

Requirements

• Completed training as a Physiotherapist
• Completed or pursued further training (e.g., Lymphatic Drainage, Manual Therapy, Bobath)
• Strong sense of responsibility and empathy
• Ability to work independently and in a structured manner
• Experience in guiding trainees
