Physiotherapist/Chiropractor

Responsibilities

• Treat clients with orthopedic disorders, chronic pain, and work-related injuries
• Support client recovery through hands-on knowledge and evidence-based rehabilitation
• Facilitate rehabilitation and return-to-work planning for injured workers
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary treatment teams and stakeholders
• Perform detailed insurance reporting and clinical documentation
• Provide group education sessions and lead small group learning as needed

Requirements

• Registered Physiotherapist with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario OR a Doctor of Chiropractic degree with registration with the College of Chiropractors of Ontario
• Minimum of one year of related experience in treating work-related injuries, MVA, or within the third-party healthcare system
• Strong evidence-based rehabilitation orientation
• Excellent interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills
• Ability to demonstrate initiative and sound clinical judgment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in hand therapy
• Experience with case management and communication with third-party referral services
• WorkWell certification
• Strong report writing skills
