Our rehab clinic is located in the same premises as the health center, which creates good conditions for close cooperation between different professions. We see great value in interprofessional work and regularly conduct team visits to ensure better holistic assessments and rehabilitation.

Responsibilities

• Perform examinations, assessments, and rehabilitation planning in collaboration with patients
• Work with patients of all ages with a wide variety of complaints and diagnoses within primary care
• Handle both acute assessments and rehabilitation for long-term conditions
• Conduct clinic visits and home visits as needed
• Participate in team visits and joint discussions regarding patient care

Requirements

• Licensed Physiotherapist (Legitimerad fysioterapeut)
• Patient-centered approach to care
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
• Structured and pedagogical working style

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience from primary care
