Responsibilities

• Manage patient rehabilitation including assessment, planning, implementation, and follow-up
• Handle documentation and administrative tasks
• Prescribe medical technical products based on individual needs
• Provide guidance and training to care staff, including mobility training
• Work within multidisciplinary teams including nurses and care managers

Requirements

• Licensed Physiotherapist (Legitimerad fysioterapeut)
• Valid B-driver's license
• Ability to work independently and solution-oriented
• Strong pedagogical and professional communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in elderly care, home healthcare, or LSS
