Physiotherapist

Responsibilities

• Treat clients to address orthopedic disorders, chronic pain, and rehabilitation needs
• Facilitate return-to-work planning and reintegration for injured workers
• Collaborate with clients, treatment teams, and other stakeholders to reach functional goals
• Perform detailed insurance reporting and maintain clinical documentation
• Provide group education sessions and lead small group learning when required
• Execute cross-functional and cross-site duties as assigned

Requirements

• Registered with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
• Experience treating work-related injuries, MVA, or working within the third-party healthcare system
• Strong Functional Abilities Assessment (FAE) and Return to Work planning skills
• Excellent interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team

Preferred Qualifications

• WorkWell certification
• Experience with report writing
• Interest or previous experience in hand therapy
