Physiotherapist

Responsibilities

• Treat orthopedic disorders, chronic pain, and support the rehabilitation of injured workers
• Empower clients through recovery using hands-on knowledge and clinical skills
• Facilitate return to work planning and functional reintegration in collaboration with stakeholders
• Perform detailed insurance reporting and maintain strict confidentiality
• Provide group education sessions and lead small group learning as required
• Execute cross-functional and cross-site duties as assigned

Requirements

• Registered with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
• Experience treating work-related injuries, MVA, or working within the third-party healthcare system
• Strong Functional Abilities Assessment (FAE) and Return to Work planning skills
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills
• Strong report writing skills and attention to detail regarding insurance documentation

Preferred Qualifications

• Interest or previous experience in hand therapy
• WorkWell certification
• Experience in case management and communication with third-party referral services
