Physiotherapist

Responsibilities

• Empower and support clients through recovery using hands-on knowledge and skills
• Treat orthopedic disorders and chronic pain
• Manage rehabilitation and return to work for injured workers
• Collaborate with clients and treatment teams to reach functional potential
• Perform cross-functional and cross-site duties as assigned
• Provide group education sessions and lead small group learning

Requirements

• Registered Physiotherapist with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
• Excellent interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills
• Ability to adhere to confidentiality requirements and demonstrate initiative
• Strong judgment and prioritizing skills
• Ability to handle insurance reporting and mandatory processes

Preferred Qualifications

• One year of experience treating work-related injuries or MVA
• Experience in the third-party health care system
• Strong FAE and Return to Work planning skills
• Interest or experience in hand therapy
• Experience with case management and communication with third-party services
• WorkWell certification
• Experience with report writing
