Physiotherapist

Responsibilities

• Treat orthopedic disorders, chronic pain, and facilitate return-to-work rehabilitation
• Empower and support clients through recovery using hands-on clinical skills
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients and treatment teams, to reach functional reintegration potential
• Perform detailed insurance reporting and case management documentation
• Lead group education sessions and small group learning
• Perform cross-functional and cross-site duties as assigned

Requirements

• Registered with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
• Strong Functional Abilities Evaluation (FAE) and Return to Work planning skills
• Excellent interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team
• High level of professional judgment and commitment to confidentiality

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience treating work-related injuries or MVA cases
• Experience within the third-party healthcare system
• Strong report writing skills
• Experience in case management and communication with referral services
• WorkWell certification
• Interest or previous experience in hand therapy
