Physics Teacher

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Physics lessons for Key Stage 4 and Key Stage 5 following the British Curriculum.
• Prepare students for external examinations including Cambridge International, Edexcel, and AQA.
• Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs and abilities.
• Develop students' practical, analytical, and problem-solving skills through laboratory activities and investigations.
• Monitor student progress, mark assessments, and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and stimulating classroom and laboratory environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Contribute to curriculum planning and departmental improvement initiatives.
• Support student wellbeing and adhere to school safeguarding policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Physics.
• Excellent subject knowledge in Physics.
• Experience teaching the British Curriculum (IGCSE/GCSE and A Levels).
• Strong classroom management skills.
• Familiarity with safeguarding and child protection procedures in international schools.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
