Responsibilities

• Audit AI-generated hints to ensure they align with pedagogical methods and guide students without spoiling answers
• Conduct deep-dive audits into complex Quantum Physics and Mathematics topics to identify hallucinations or confusing steps
• Monitor AI tone and empathy to ensure feedback encourages a growth mindset
• Oversee curriculum mapping to ensure academically sound difficulty progression
• Review LMS lesson structures for logical flow and concept scaffolding
• Refine the Knowledge Graph in collaboration with engineering teams
• Translate teaching methodologies into actionable insights for AI prompt engineers
• Identify gaps where AI fails to understand non-standard student problem-solving techniques
• Help design and monitor learning gain metrics

Requirements

• PhD, Assistant Professor, or Senior Professorship in Physics, Engineering, or Mathematics
• 5+ years of teaching experience
• Comfortable using AI tools and understanding how LLMs interact with technical content
