Physicochemical Analysis Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the physicochemical analysis team to support innovative ADC and bispecific antibody projects
• Lead analytical method development, characterization, and troubleshooting for complex projects
• Coordinate technical activities with CDMOs for ADC project development and characterization
• Facilitate technical communication with the BioNTech GTD team regarding all innovative projects
• Oversee the development and optimization management of internal ADC analytical platforms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones and company goals are met

Requirements

• Master's or PhD in Biochemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Proteomics, Drug Analysis, Bioanalysis, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in antibody drug (bispecific/ADC) analytical characterization and physicochemical analysis
• 3+ years of experience in analytical team management
• Proficiency in LC-MS, HPLC, and CE analytical development and characterization
• Hands-on expertise with orthogonal techniques including LC-MS/MS, iCIEF, ELISA, BLI/SPR, CD, DSF/DSC, DLS, and AUC
• Proven track record with successful IND/BLA/NDA filings (minimum of 8 projects)
• Strong ability to write technical and regulatory documents in both Chinese and English
• Fluency in both Chinese and English as working languages
