About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support delivery of radiation-related projects across Australia
  • Assist with fieldwork including surveys and site-based activities
  • Collect and analyse data, contributing to technical reports
  • Help calibrate radiation monitoring equipment (NATA/ISO standards)
  • Provide basic technical input to support client enquiries
  • Prepare documentation and assist with quality processes
  • Contribute to project preparation, execution and reporting
  • Assist with maintaining and organising technical data
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Maintain laboratory and field equipment

Requirements

  • Degree in Physics or related science discipline
  • Understanding of radiation safety principles
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to Australian or international guidelines
  • Awareness of Victorian regulatory frameworks
