Physician Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute in-person and digital medical visits to inform healthcare professionals about product characteristics.
• Implement company sales strategies and merchandising activities within the Centro Interior territory.
• Build and maintain successful long-term relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
• Manage territory business by analyzing market trends, monitoring competition, and tracking KPIs.
• Take direct responsibility for the Sell-Out performance of the assigned territory.
• Coordinate sales efforts with internal team members and various departments to ensure strategic alignment.

Requirements

• University degree in Health, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of proven experience in a similar sales or pharmaceutical representative role.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with a collaborative team spirit.
• Proficiency in English.
• Ability to prioritize, structure, and advance work with high autonomy and discernment.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
