About the role
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with doctors, specialists, agents, and agencies to increase patient referrals
- Determine targets for external parties based on hospital facilities and resources
- Introduce hospital facilities, products, and services to potential partners
- Establish regular cooperative relationships to maximize use of hospital services
- Ensure accuracy of patient data recording for monthly reporting
- Collect data and prepare reports related to operational activities and visit results
- Implement quality and safety service procedures and attend required training
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 1 year experience in healthcare or general corporate sales
- Proactive approach to physician relations and issue resolution
- Ability to analyze referral patterns and performance metrics
