Physician Relation Executive

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement targeted engagement strategies for external stakeholders to maximize referral opportunities and service adoption
• Conduct comprehensive presentations and facility tours to introduce hospital services, products, and capabilities to potential and existing physician partners
• Analyze referral patterns, performance metrics, and physician feedback to identify improvement opportunities and support strategic decision-making
• Prepare detailed reports on operational activities, visit outcomes, and relationship development initiatives
• Proactively identify challenges in physician relationships and develop innovative solutions to enhance satisfaction and engagement
• Adhere to quality service and safety procedures, including participation in training programs and data collection

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences, Health Administration, Public Health, or related field
• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in medical relations, healthcare business development, hospital operations, or similar roles
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with healthcare professionals
• Proven analytical skills to interpret referral patterns and performance metrics
• Proficiency in healthcare management systems, Electronic Health Record (EHR) platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proactive problem-solving approach
• Knowledge of hospital operations and healthcare industry best practices
• Willingness to travel to meet with physicians and healthcare partners as needed
