Physician Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Maintain the physician panel by updating profiles, fees, doctor groups, and W9 information
• Negotiate physician agreement terms and costs based on client fee schedules and guidelines
• Onboard new physicians by managing administrative tasks, including collecting CVs, W9s, and NPDB data
• Conduct in-person recruitment and relationship-management visits to support panel growth and retention
• Source and fulfill urgent service requests to meet specific network and specialty needs
• Manage regional strategic markets to ensure network capacity meets business requirements
• Procure exam locations and manage database resources for blocked-time doctors

Requirements

• Experience in physician recruitment within a healthcare or insurance setting
• Working knowledge of physician networks, medical specialties, and terminology
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Proficiency in computer applications and typing
• Ability to meet monthly recruiting targets and production goals
• Willingness to travel for in-person clinic visits and recruitment meetings

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
• Business experience in a healthcare or insurance environment
• Expertise in legal-related industries
• Knowledge of State and Federal compliance guidelines
