Physician & Pharma Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Implement company strategy in the Madeira and Azores regions to drive market growth and sell-out.
• Conduct medical visits (both in-person and digital) to inform healthcare professionals about product characteristics.
• Manage pharmacy relationships, including preparing visits, ensuring sell-out, and organizing training for pharmacy teams.
• Execute sales activities, merchandising strategies, and visibility campaigns at the point of sale.
• Monitor KPIs, analyze market trends and competition, and report daily activities.
• Coordinate sales efforts with internal team members and various departments to ensure regional success.

Requirements

• University degree in Health, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• At least two years of proven experience in a similar pharmaceutical sales role.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with a collaborative team spirit.
• Proficiency in English.
• Ability to prioritize, structure, and advance work with high autonomy and discernment.
• Residence in or near Funchal is preferred.
