Physician Outreach Specialist

Responsibilities

• Identify and grow physician referral relationships through on-site visits, networking, and community events
• Share market feedback to drive operational improvements in services
• Monitor competitor activities and implement strategic plans to increase referrals
• Lead patient-focused community events and act as a liaison for local community groups
• Document daily visits and relationship activity in the CRM
• Maintain rapport between front office staff, intake teams, and marketing departments
• Manage ordering of marketing materials for clinics and field use

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years experience working with physicians, providers, or medical practice staff
• Knowledge of the Southern California provider landscape and health systems
• Strong communication skills and an outgoing personality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in behavioral health
• Located within Southern California with ability to travel between Los Angeles, Mission Viejo, Santa Monica, and Newport Beach
• Working knowledge of healthcare regulatory and compliance policies (PHI and HIPAA)
