Alpaca Health enables clinicians to become entrepreneurs, starting in autism care. We help clinicians launch and scale their own clinics by providing AI-powered software, payer contracting, and full back-office infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Identify new provider partner leads via proactive research and prospecting
• Reach out to leads and activate them as referral partners
• Nurture existing partnerships through regular in-person visits, emails, and thoughtful interactions
• Manage the referral pipeline by tracking interactions, follow-ups, and outcomes
• Use data to guide engagement strategies and time allocation
• Execute creative engagement tactics such as events, drop-ins, and personalized outreach

Requirements

• Ability to be in the field 5 days a week
• Strong relationship-building and nurturing skills
• Experience managing a sales or partnership pipeline with discipline
• Ability to thrive in unstructured, high-accountability environments
• Highly ambitious and comfortable working at high velocity
