About the Company

Alpaca Health enables clinicians to become entrepreneurs, starting in autism care. We help clinicians launch and scale their own clinics by providing AI-powered software, payer contracting, and full back-office infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Identify new provider partner leads via proactive research and prospecting
• Reach out to leads and activate them as referral partners
• Nurture existing partnerships through regular in-person visits, emails, and thoughtful interactions
• Manage the end-to-end relationship lifecycle with physicians, diagnosticians, schools, and community organizations
• Track interactions, follow-ups, and outcomes with discipline to maintain a steady referral pipeline

Requirements

• Ability to be in the field 5 days a week within the core territory
• Strong relationship-building and nurturing skills
• Experience managing a partnership pipeline with data-driven discipline
• Ability to thrive in high-velocity, low-structure environments
• Creative approach to engagement including events, drop-ins, and personalized outreach
