Responsibilities

• Identify new provider partner leads via proactive research and prospecting
• Reach out to leads and activate them as referral partners
• Nurture existing partnerships through regular in-person visits, emails, and thoughtful interactions
• Take end-to-end ownership of building relationships with provider partners including physicians, diagnosticians, and schools
• Use data to guide time allocation and relationship deepening
• Manage partnerships like a pipeline, tracking interactions, follow-ups, and outcomes

Requirements

• Ability to be in the field 5 days a week
• Experience in relationship-driven roles
• Ability to thrive in unstructured, high-accountability environments
• Strong discipline in tracking interactions and outcomes
• Creative approach to partner engagement including events and personalized outreach
