Responsibilities

• Identify new provider partner leads via proactive research and prospecting
• Reach out to leads and activate them as referral partners
• Nurture existing partnerships through regular in-person visits, emails, and thoughtful interactions
• Act as the face of Alpaca Health in the field to ensure a steady pipeline of client referrals
• Use data to guide time management and relationship deepening
• Manage partnerships like a pipeline, tracking interactions, follow-ups, and outcomes

Requirements

• Ability to be in the field 5 days a week in the Charlotte area
• Strong relationship-building and nurturing skills
• Ability to thrive in unstructured, high-accountability environments
• Disciplined approach to tracking interactions and outcomes
• Creative approach to partner engagement including events and personalized outreach
