About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide family medicine and internal medicine consultations during patient home visits
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care across the healthcare continuum
- Coordinate with pharmacy, care management, and operations support
- Schedule shifts with flexible availability, typically 16-20 shifts per month
Requirements
- MD or DO degree
- Active California medical license
- DEA registration
- Board certified or board eligible
