Physician - Family Medicine

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient family medicine care to patients of all ages
• Perform patient evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment
• Maintain accurate medical documentation
• Collaborate with a patient care team including nurses and medical assistants

Requirements

• MD or DO degree
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine
• Eligible for Washington State medical license
• Valid DEA license and NPI
• ACLS, PALS, and STABLE certifications (or ability to obtain)
• Completion of residency
• Previous exposure to a clinic environment
