Physician

Responsibilities

• Conduct remote medical assessments via the Dialogue Care Platform to evaluate symptoms, diagnose, and treat common and complex conditions
• Deliver high-quality patient care by providing timely medical advice and identifying urgent symptoms
• Create personalized care plans tailored to individual patient needs
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of doctors, nurses, psychologists, and care managers to provide comprehensive care
• Educate patients on preventative care, health management, and lifestyle changes
• Refer patients to specialists or community services when necessary
• Maintain detailed, regulatory-compliant records of patient interactions and treatment plans

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a physician
• Valid and active medical license to practice in Quebec
• Availability to work at least 8 hours per week during evenings and weekends
• Proficiency in English and/or French
• Appropriate malpractice insurance coverage
• Comfort using digital tools and technology for virtual consultations
• Strong sense of autonomy, professionalism, and adaptability

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Women's Health is considered a strong asset
