About the Company

Capio vård för hemlösa is a 24-hour care facility located at Vårbergs sjukhus. The department has 13 beds providing care for patients with somatic diseases, often in combination with mental health issues, cognitive impairment, or addiction problems.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical care for patients with somatic diseases such as heart failure, hypertension, diabetes, and infections
• Manage follow-up care for injuries, fractures, and various types of operations
• Provide cancer care and manage complex cases involving social vulnerability
• Work within a multidisciplinary team to ensure accessible and respectful care

Requirements

• Specialist physician or licensed physician with relevant clinical experience
• Experience in general medicine, internal medicine, geriatrics, or acute care is preferred
• Strong interest in working with people in social vulnerability
• Proficiency in the Swedish language (spoken and written)
• Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team
