Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner

Responsibilities

• Perform medical evaluations and formulate differential diagnoses and treatment plans for urgent and emergent care
• Manage high-level medical conditions including atrial fibrillation, sepsis, and complex pediatric/geriatric cases
• Execute medical procedures such as IV access, medication administration, splinting, suturing, and phlebotomy
• Conduct clinical charting with detailed histories, physical exams, and treatment plans
• Provide high-level concierge customer service to patients and their families
• Coordinate care with house calls teams and medical partners
• Ensure comprehensive transfer of responsibility for pending labs or imaging at shift end

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and graduate of an accredited PA or NP program
• Current Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner state license in Florida
• Valid DEA license
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• Strong clinical skills and ability to work in a fluid, multitasking environment
• Proficiency with technology including Slack, Athena Health, and Salesforce

Preferred Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in emergency departments or urgent care centers
• Experience in house calls, EMS/pre-hospital, or concierge medicine
• Experience interfacing with high-net-worth clientele
