Physician Assistant

Responsibilities

• Assist Laboratory occupational physicians in carrying out treatments
• Determine and arrange proper patient dispositions
• Identify and correct workplace medical issues
• Counsel and educate employees on health-related issues
• Resolve complex problems through data analysis and evaluation
• Contribute to the development of organizational goals and objectives

Requirements

• Master’s Degree
• 2+ years of relevant experience
• U.S. citizenship
• Ability to obtain and maintain a government clearance
• Board certified PA-C through the NCCPA
• Licensed to practice medicine by the New Mexico Board of Medical Examiners
• Current New Mexico pharmacy and DEA license
• 2 to 5 years of recent clinical experience in occupational medicine or a related field (family, emergency, internal, or sports medicine)
