About the role

Responsibilities

  • Travel between assigned clinical locations to provide coverage based on operational needs
  • Perform physical examinations and preventive health measures following established protocols
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests and formulate comprehensive care plans
  • Collaborate with providers to develop patient goals and manage specialist referrals
  • Prescribe medications and recommend therapeutic procedures
  • Identify training opportunities to promote growth within the clinical staff
  • Build patient confidence through courteous, accurate, and professional behavior

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
  • Active California PA license in good standing
  • Current California DEA licensure
  • Board Certified (ANCC/AANPCB) or board eligible
  • Current AHA-approved BLS certification (including in-person skills check)
  • Reliable transportation and flexibility to adjust work locations on short notice
  • Proven experience in a Family Medicine setting
  • Strong communication skills and ability to adapt to different clinical environments

Benefits

  • Annual base salary ranging from $147,000 to $199,000
  • Additional $15,000 annual Float Premium
