Physician Assistant - Family Medicine Clinic

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care coverage to patients within an FQHC network in Moreno Valley.
• Manage a patient load of approximately 20 patients per day using 20-minute scheduling blocks.
• Participate in a 1:4 Saturday clinic rotation which replaces one weekday clinic.
• Enhance clinical operations to improve patient flow, satisfaction, and provider efficiency.
• Utilize OCHIN’s EPIC EMR platform for patient documentation and care management.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of post-training practice experience in primary care.
• Active California Medical License.
• Current and unrestricted DEA registration.
• Board Certification from AANP or NCCPA.
• Strong commitment to patient-centered care and health equity.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English.
