Physician Assistant

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient gastroenterology services under direct physician supervision
• Complete patient histories, physicals, and tentative diagnoses
• Order appropriate laboratory tests and counsel patients and families
• Manage a schedule of approximately 12 patients per day across new and follow-up visits
• Participate in continuing education and maintain credentialing requirements

Requirements

• State Licensed Physician Assistant
• Strong work ethic, clear communication, and professionalism
• Commitment to continuing education
• Gastrointestinal experience preferred
