Physical Training Instructor

Responsibilities

• Deliver planned physical training sessions safely and effectively to meet training objectives.
• Assess recruit fitness levels, track progress, and maintain accurate performance records.
• Enforce physical performance standards while promoting discipline and motivation.
• Prepare training areas and equipment while implementing injury prevention measures.
• Maintain attendance and incident records and report to senior instructors.

Requirements

• Relevant qualification in physical training, sports science, or a related field.
• Proven experience delivering physical training.
• Experience working in structured or disciplined environments (military experience preferred).

Preferred Qualifications

• Military PTI background.
• Experience in large-scale training programmes.
• Experience instructing or coaching Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
• Advanced or specialist certifications in strength & conditioning, rehabilitation, or endurance training.
