Physical Therapy Technician

Responsibilities

• Assist therapists with treatments under direct supervision
• Clean and maintain equipment, treatment areas, and linen supply
• Perform routine maintenance including cleaning hot pack machines and disinfecting treatment tables
• Set up patients for treatments and assist with exercises as directed by the Physical Therapist
• Help with administrative tasks such as filing, answering phones, and scheduling patients
• Order supplies and assist with inventory management
• Maintain safety protocols including equipment checks and fire safety procedures
• Contribute to a positive clinic environment

Requirements

• High school diploma required
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively in an autonomous environment
• Basic PC skills including EMR systems, database software, and MS Office

Preferred Qualifications

• Pursuing a career in an allied health profession
