About the role
Responsibilities
- Preparing equipment and treatment areas for patient use
- Assisting and/or observing patients perform prescribed therapy exercises
- Documenting patient responses to treatment
- Performing basic prescribed treatments such as applying ice packs and heat pads
- Cleaning and sanitizing equipment and therapy areas
- Changing and laundering linens
- Performing administrative tasks including patient intake, answering phones, and scheduling
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Proficiency in computer use and ability to learn new software
