Physical Therapy Assistant

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic care to patients and families to restore, promote, or maintain function
• Minimize the effects of illness or disability through independent clinical practice
• Conduct patient visits in Dorchester and surrounding areas including Roxbury, Mattapan, and Quincy
• Maintain professional documentation and follow prescribed treatment plans

Requirements

• Associates degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Current license to practice in Massachusetts

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in an acute care setting or comparable work experience
• Previous experience in Home Health care

Benefits

• Competitive compensation: $35.00 - $46.00 per hour (based on experience)
• Mileage reimbursement
• Monday - Friday schedule (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM)
• No weekends and no holidays
