Physical Therapy Assistant

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic care to patients and families to restore, promote, or maintain function
• Minimize the effects of illness or disability through independent clinical practice
• Conduct patient visits in Dorchester and surrounding neighborhoods, including Roxbury, Mattapan, and Quincy
• Work within a Monday through Friday schedule (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM) with no weekends or holidays

Requirements

• Associates degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Licensed to practice in Massachusetts

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in an acute care setting or comparable work experience
• Previous experience in Home Health care
