Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA)

Responsibilities

• Assist the registered Physical Therapist in carrying out procedures and programs
• Perform routine treatment procedures following the planned program
• Observe, record, and report conditions, reactions, and responses to the supervisor
• Report pertinent findings to the registered therapist
• Assist with maintenance of appropriate records

Requirements

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program
• Current and unrestricted CA Physical Therapy Assistant license or ability to apply
• Excellent communication skills
