Physical Therapist/Occupational Therapist

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy services in Everett, WA
• Plan and carry out individually designed programs to restore physical functioning and alleviate pain
• Perform and document initial exams to determine diagnoses
• Collaborate with patients and medical practitioners to assess intervention programs
• Administer treatments using physical agents, equipment, and ultrasound machines
• Provide education on injury prevention, ergonomics, and health promotion
• Manage work-related discomforts and illnesses onsite
• Maintain knowledge of workers' compensation regulations and treatment protocols

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy
• Appropriate licensure/certification
• Current CPR/BLS certification for healthcare providers
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or similar programs
• Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Occupational Medicine
• Experience with Worker’s Compensation Plans
