Physical Therapist

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patients using evidence-based clinical examination techniques
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to patient goals
• Deliver hands-on, therapeutic interventions using manual therapy techniques and modalities
• Educate patients on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and recovery best practices
• Maintain accurate and organized clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary clinical team members to ensure coordinated care
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on clinical findings
• Communicate transparently with patients and healthcare providers regarding treatment progress

Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
• Current Physical Therapist license in the state of Idaho or eligibility to obtain licensure
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Problem-solving ability and analytical thinking
