Physical Therapist

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients within their homes in a designated territory
• Work under the supervision of a Clinical Manager to deliver high-quality care
• Respond appropriately to the diverse needs of patients and families in various home environments
• Maintain professional documentation and patient progress tracking

Requirements

• Massachusetts Physical Therapist (PT) license in good standing
• Minimum of 1-year physical therapy experience
• Willingness to drive within the assigned territory (Marblehead, Swampscott, Lynn, and Saugus areas)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• A positive, can-do attitude

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in Home Health care
