Physical Therapist

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients within their homes in the Peabody, Lynnfield, and Wakefield territories
• Work under the supervision of a Clinical Manager to deliver high-quality care
• Respond appropriately to the diverse needs of patients and families in varied home environments
• Maintain professional standards of care and documentation for home health visits

Requirements

• Valid Physical Therapist (PT) license in good standing in the state of Massachusetts
• Minimum of 1-year physical therapy experience
• Willingness to drive within the designated service territory
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• A positive, can-do attitude

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in Home Health care
