Responsibilities

- Collaborate with preceptors and educators during the initial training period
Requirements
- Valid Massachusetts Physical Therapist (PT) license in good standing
- Proven experience in Home Health settings
- Proficiency with Oasis E documentation
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
